We hope that you want to cherish your forever blooms forever, however if you do want to send them back, we operate a 14 day return policy (from date items received).

Please ensure items are in the same condition as when received, unused and in original packaging.  We are unable to offer a refund on return shipping costs, unless item is faulty.
